Anger

Sometimes it is hard to remain calm and we can experience increased frustration, and lose control over thoughts and emotions. Which itself begins the cycle all over again. We are able to help you keep a deep sense of calm to break the cycle and overcome the frustration.

Phobias & Fears

Many of us suffer from irrational fears, we don't understand why but we can always feel it there. It can cause a great amount of anxiety, even panic attacks and has the power stop us enjoying a normal life. All Phobias can be effectively treated no matter how difficult it seems.

Stress & Anxiety

We experience stress and anxiety daily and we all cope with them differently. Long term exposure can cause a wide range of physical symptoms. Using relaxation techniques we can empower ourselves to overcome the initial challenges giving us a positive affect on our health.

Smoking

Smoking is something that affects lots of people, and many find it hard to quit. Utilising the conscious and unconscious mind we can reduce the power of the addiction and reinforce willpower. This brings health and significant financial benefits to us and those around us.

Eating Disorders

Commonly these are binge eating, anorexia or bulimia, and is caused by a psychological problem. This encourages feeling of depression, shame and a loss of control. Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy are effective treatments, break the cycle and give back control.

Low Self-esteem

A lack of confidence or low self-esteem can affect anyone and many aspects of our lives; including work, personal challenges and relationships. Key to this is strengthening and reinforcing our confidence. This enables us to take control and re-establish a positive attitude.
